How To Get Client Testimonials
Client testimonials and feedback are an important part of building credibility in your business. However, sometimes it can be intimidating to ask for a testimonial on your service when your client has not offered to review their experience. Here's how you can gain glowing reviews of your service that will incite even more potential clients to want to work with you. It's actually pretty simple. Send a feedback form!
Near the end of your service ask your client if you can send over a feedback form to have filled out and sent back to you on their experience. Make sure you ask with some time before the service has ended. People are well-meaning but may forget to review your service if asked for weeks after the service has ended. If you are not careful your valuable feedback may end up floating around in said inbox never to be answered.
What should this feedback form include? Here is an example of a feedback form you can use tailored to get the best possible feedback from past clients.
